Next generation wish list

+1... Not sure though where the Ad-Blue tank would go

Diesel........It's the future of long distance touring........Or at least that's what I think:D

Don't know where the Ad-Blue will end up but 48mpg on a GSA30 compared to 125mpg on a EVA-Track DCI800 makes sense to me especially when you're just pootling about at 55mph. Fuel costs on a two week 3 to 4000 mile trip can't be ignored these days, either that or i'm turning into a real miser.....!

As for the 'next generation' GS I think it's pretty sorted for comfort and I don't need 135bhp from a watercooled boxer if that's the way it's heading

So those who want no canbus are prepared to go back to heavier, less reliable conventional wiring? :blast

And before you cite 'all the things that go wrong with it', think ;)

Canbus is one thing from the 12xx generation that I'd happily have on my lebbenfiddy (in conjunction with a fused aux wiring box in an easily accessible place:thumb)

There also seem to be a lot of people who have bought completely the wrong frikking bike if their wish lists are anything to go by

+ another one :thumb2
Even BMW agree about the diesel aspect, but I can't find the article about it where they mention that they are seriously looking at Diesel. I personally think Diesel is the long distance bike in roughly 5 years time.

Other things would be:

Comfy seat (this has been requested for years - why do they ignore us?)
Taller bike - well, just for me as I'm a fecking giant :blast
HID lights as standard.
Less computers controlling stuff around the bike :rob
Adventure engine bars
