No front brake!

I think you will need a GS911 or Dealer tool to cycle the ABS block valves

There's a flush procedure that opens all the vales and resets them

Certainly a weird one !!

On my son’s Triumph Speed Triple the only way we can get a solid front brake is to bleed the calipers first by pushing the pistons in by hand while the bleed nipple is cracked open. Then with the pistons still right back in the caliper bleed as usual by pumping through from the master cylinder. Finally hold the pistons back with something and tie the brake lever back overnight before pumping everything back into place. Just a thought on technique.

It sounds like it is more than just pumping the pistons back out after all, sorry.
I wonder if you push the pistons in the calipers back in again if the back flow might shift something in the M/C to allow them to be pumped out again. Keep an eye on the fluid level though.

If the piston has jammed fully in the master cylinder you could try pushing all of the caliper pistons fully into the calipers. Do them in opposing pairs and chock the first pair with a suitable sized block of wood. You may need to use a wood clamp or something to creat enough pressure to push the master cylinder piston back to where it should be. Keep an eye on the master cylinder fluid level.

Then refit everything and pump the brakres without the necessary force to again jam the piston until you have a firm lever.

Did you get it sorted Mr SB?

I suggested the same as you in an earlier post.
I also wondered if he's sorted it yet .

Update,

the plunger/piston in the master cylinder as originally thought has jammed solid and cannot be pushed back. I can only assume that when I pulled the lever in, the piston had no pressure so went passed a point of no return. :nenau
So, it's buy a new one at £300 plus or try and find a second hand one. Motorworks are on it apparently. Waiting for a call back...

At least you know the cause, bearing in mind how important the front brake is,
A new item at around the cost of a decent helmet would be the safer option,
Used parts are an unknown on such a critical function,
That is something many garages wont carry the liability for the repair on,
and why many repair kits have disappeared for brakes In the motor industry,
Good luck with the fix, at least it failed without consequences,

So when u pull the lever in bike at a stand no pressure at all, wont pump up? Odd if there are no signs of a leak any where?
