No tick over

Am out in Siberia at present and my GSA has developed a problem, when shutting the throttle to slow down or stop it will not tick over, the revs fall to below 1000 rpm and the engine just stops. Any one got any ideas!!!!

I have changed both spark plugs and cleaned the KN air filter. Bike as now got just over 42,000 and never had this problem before

Something similar happened to me. In my case there was a small blanked off hose coming out of the top of the right hand cylinder. The blanking plug had popped out and gone AWOL. Plugged it with a bolt and hose clip and it was ok until it got to a dealer to have the part replaced.

already checked that, it seems to be ok, there is also a rubber hose which runs up to a plastic box not sure what it does but hose appears to be ok but cannot get it off to check without removing plastic panels around the tank
