I have recently visited NOG and have nothing but praise for them. Tested a bike, no problem. Got a few quotations from Phil, no problem. Decided on another bike so needed a different deal, no problem. Actually decided to back out of the deal due to a change in personal circumstances, no problem.

Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, top dealership and should my circumstances change i'll be giving them my money...:clap

I have recently visited NOG and have nothing but praise for them.

I'd don't wish to restart a closed thread elsewhere, but I really do want to agree with this post. NOG have supplied both the BMW bikes I've owned, a K1200S and my present 1200GSA, and done all my servicing.

One of the reasons I shipped my Guzzi Stelvio back in the day was the terrible level of dealer service - truly awful. My experience at NOG could not have been more different.

I've found them friendly, helpful, relaxed and yet totally professional.

Both my bikes have been used machines. Touch wood no problems with the GSA yet but when I had issues with my K12 they apologised, offered to come and get it and have always supplied me with a free bike to use during servicing or out-of-service issues.

Matt, the service manager, has always been very happy to be on the end of the phone for me with my knuckleheaded techinical questions and has only laughed at me a bit.

Equally, the support I've had from Phil and Rob on the sales side has been great (for example, I bought my GSA this month, it's due it's first MOT in July, and althoughI didn't ask for it Rob told the service team that that MOT would be no charge, whatever turned up).

Reputations are my business, and I would only say, with regard to comments about NOG elsewhere, that everyone makes mistakes. Everyone. The mark of the man, or the business, is what they do to rectify that.

My experience of the guys at North Oxford has been first class from start to finish and I regularly meet people outside the place who ride a long way to use them.

There. I'm done now. :rob
