Couldnt agree more,phil is a top man an the whole team put other bmw stealers to shame ,ive had my last two steeds from phil an as an when will have more in the future,also the coffee an toilets are lush,so yeah kudos in deed!!!

i found one lad in sales really helpful, then i went to look at a bike and another sales bloke spoke to me, he was about as welcome as a cup of cold sick.

Excellent Service on my, er, Bike Service

Based on the feedback here I've just put my Dakar through it's 18K service at NOG. Can only say that it was the best experience I've had in a garage of any sorts for either car or bike.

Simon 'the Service' was able to give me an accurate price prior and the service team also tidied up a couple of minor issues without adding on time. Hanging around was also not a problem as you can get a decent tea or coffee and they have wireless access, so if you have a laptop you don't need to book any time off, (if you get there early they have a couple of desks customers can use on the mezzanine floor).

I will be going back to them for the 24K service.

Back at Ya! Excellent service from everyone at NOG, particularly the parts dept (not had a service yet). Only had one small problem with the bike (F800GS) which was put right whilst I waited. They even offered me a loan bike for the 30 mins that I was there. And yes, the coffee is great.
