Top marks from me once again to N.O.G. I picked up my 1150GSA on Saturday following a service, new rear shock, new starter motor, new caps on top of the fork legs and electrical investigations resulting in a warranty replacement on the battery. Matt Tilsley is always a pleasure to deal with - especially when he is agreeing to a 10% discount on parts and labour for my loyalty in continuing to travel the 60+ miles from Worcester! Matt kept me posted at every stage with a friendly phone call, there was, as always, free tea, coffee and cake for me and Rosie and the bike felt like a new machine on the ride back across the Cotswolds. :thumb2:thumb2:thumb2

NOG

:thumb2 from me too. Sitting here with a warm fuzzy feeling about them.

My wife's F650GS just had chain, sprockets and brake disc bolts replaced on a recall. While they were coming to pick it up I thought I might as well get a couple of jobs done on my RT, that I didn't fancy doing, at the same time. And then I decided to take up their offer of a full valet and ACF50 for £29.99. I've got the stuff here to do it myself but for that price and given the weather and work involved, bargain.

Just thought I'd post on here to thank the guys at NOG for their fantastic service yesterday.

Went for a ride out with a few mates yesterday. Luckily we decided to meet at NOG. On arrival, I saw the familiar white stain on the RH engine cases signalling that my top hose had failed again. Despite me arriving about 20 minutes after they had started their service work, and with several riders already enjoying a coffee whilst waiting for their bikes, NOG dropped everything to work on my bike.

Less than an hour later, I was on my way........and they didn't charge me.

Cheers guys!

I also rate NOG very highly. I've got a long standing relationship with them and they've never, ever, given me any negativity. They've gone out of their ways several times (replaced bits that they perhaps didn't need to, decent p/x price, and even changed the panels on my F800GS to another colour).

Just had an annual and 12000mile service at NOG.
Matt's a top bloke, bike running sweetly and they even managed to get most of the crud off.:augie

Not cheap but reasonably happy to pay these guys while in warranty, at least I'm pretty confident the work is done to a high standard.
