Thanks for a great ride you have definitely put a lot of work into that route. It would seem that Tinks sun dance this morning paid off. It was good to meet more new faces as well. Hope you are up for the 21 Dales route when we can fix a date. Once again thanks for a great day out.
Cheers Glenn.:thumb2:thumb2

I’d like to add my thanks for all the planning for today, what a fantastic set of roads. I think my favourite part was the fast twisty bit :D

Btw, could someone let me have the GPS route ?

Wish I had known, I did same Scarborough then down towards Driffield then back route from Seaways onto A19, at that point decided to head down towards Donny before turning West around bottom of storm.

Think I saw you guys coming through Helmsley around 245pm

You missed the downpour by around 15 minutes!

Martin,

A brilliant day, great roads, great weather, great company. Managed to dodge some horrendous showers on the way back north, only got caught in a few drops on the A69.

Why not come and join us on some of our rides in the NE?

Hope we meet again:aidan

thanks everyone, it was a lovely day amongst really nice company,

I've met more new friends through this forum and "ride outs" on the bmw in 3 months, than i did in 4 years with my last bike (a kawasaki ninja, )
it was a great to see a good turnout at thirsk

pity about the electrics on the aprilia tink, hope its an easy fix ime sure it will be. give me a shout if you get it fixed, and want a ride out.

good on the lads who travelled, from further afield to get to thirsk to come on this little ride out.

ime always up for a ride out somewhere here or abroad, so i look forwards to anymore meetings, PARTICULARLY THE 21 DALES :bounce1:bounce1:bounce1

thanks again everyone for making it a great day out, look forwards to seeing you all again
