I refuse to give a stupid amount of hard earned cash to DFDS, to be late off the ferry in the morning.

This year I used P&O (warts and all) after 8 years of DFDS because the difference to cross the N Sea was £300.

I’ve found Germany, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg to be enjoyable in the past 10 years on 2 wheels. Via North Sea and pNetherlands of course .

Back in the 80s and 90s I dragged wife and 3 little kids to camp sites in France on 4 wheels.
How I survived the drag to south coast ports without AC I don’t know.
