Oh dear, thats a shame. I was only in there last week and thought that their offering was a bit scarce, obviously I now know why.
They have been going downhill for some years in my thankfully limited experience.
An utterly clueless bunch when we called to look at a bike last season - I knew more about the thing than they did, but the sales guys both tried to BS their way through. The crap they were giving out should have been an embarrassment but, in fairness, my visit had been an intrusion on what appeared to their primary focus - the continual scrolling & laughing at memes on mobi phones.
