not a 1200gs advice reqd

Sorry, I know this is not the place but just want advice from cyclists on here. I got this ,did some work on it, it is a fold up bike, but the mechanism does not work and a bit missing. Anyway know where I could find such a part or any ideas to modify from any budding metal workers? Thanks and please be kind

Oh yes its presently held together by cable ties

I assume that there should be a nut or threasded peice under the frame lug into which the tommy bar screws?.


Enough of this, I'm off back to the civilised 1150 section where the men are men and whose women thank the lord for GSER site as it keeps them occupied for hours!.
dave GS (thinking of joining the 1200 section but the bikes just aint heavy enough. Nothing like having a social get together of three or four engaged in picking it up when it falls over!! )
