Brilliant lol. Apparently it was purchased about 40 years ago with the intention of getting it running. Never happened & was sold on, ending up in its present location.
 
Stirs my ICE loins, multi-element fuel pumps :mad:, cramped systems as most marine units I encountered, were.....
but a hulking great bit of kit that will run forever on minging fuel, and just work...
 
Needs putting in a truck, it would sound lovely.
 
Did not notice any plaque, always thought it was from an E boat, but would make sense if it came out of a U Boat, as alot of them surrendered at Derry at the end of WW2

I think it was Thomas Senior (the plant owner) that was actually telling me that story he also They had a couple stuck away in way better condition
