The news in the last few days has been talking about them being behind in their nuclear weapons development, yet this shows that in some ways they're way ahead of the game, certainly in electronics and so on anyway....

I wonder if the Koreans are being underestimated by the news/gubbmint people

North Korea = Nuclear Bomb Building poor country.

South Korea = High tech gadgets, westernized country, not unlike Japan.

Ach - you berk! That'll give 'em ideas now. Once the UK Gubmint has gold-plated the Brussels version of legislation, that means any phone bigger than a matchbox will be on the banned list.
