Numpty???

Probably something simple but i seem to be unable to post pics on the site. When I click "manage attachments" below this I get "a popup window was blocked" message despite having the "pop ups were not blocked" icon showing.
Tried other security setting in internet options but nothing seems to change.

Anyone help please?

Try holding down the Ctrl key as you click as this over rides the 'pop-up' blocker in Windows.
