Fitted a power commander and want to block the lambda sensors does anyone know what size the bolt would be?
Cheers in advance

A car spares shop will sell you a suitable screw in bung. Or visit any garage and get a couple of scrap sensors and cut off the wire leads.

When I used a PCV I just left them where they were. My thoughts were that if it failed, I could put it back to stock at the side of the road fairly quickly. Worse case scenario, I believe that it will run in a slightly richer than stock mode if the sensors fail or you don't have any.
Make sure you waterproof the connectors thoroughly, particularly the TPS on the side of the left injector. If it gets damp, it'll make the revs surge at tickover. Still rideable though.

M18 x 1.5 pitch, normally available on ebay. Best to buy Stainless ones and use plenty of anti seize compound.
Better still leave the lambda sensors in place and fit a pair of AF-XIED`s instead of the power commander.:hide

When the O2 fails or is disconnected the BMSK goes to limp mode, which is neither richer or leaner. What is does do, to try and keep the cat working is to spread the fueling several percent richer, then several percent leaner that way the cat is seeing some oxygen.

This behavior is something to think about when you fit a Pcv. The fueling stays in this mode, even as you crank the average fueling richer.
