Got an E Mail today purporting to be from Carole Nash stating that they would not be able to provide me with a renewal quote on my multi bike policy unless I provided them with the postcode that my bikes were kept at overnight and asking for the details to be provided within the next 7 days .
The E Mail included an 0800 contact number for their renewals team , however , on checking their website the 0800 number is not listed anywhere on their contacts or anywhere else online ?
Rang them up on the normal numbers and eventually got through to an operative who confirmed it is a genuine request as when I took out the insurance last year someone (ie one of their staff ) had forgot to list where the bikes were being kept overnight and that it could have caused issues in the case of a theft or thefts .
Oh well at least they will quote a renewal price for me but how much ?
