oh dear it seems i find myself back in this section again so i guess it means one of the bikes i have is likely to be traded in for an airhead at some stage .

My old carbed F650 is getting as much use as all my airheads put together these days.
Goes 50% further on a liter of fuel and tires last almost three times as long, and so far has been totally reliable.

My experience too, having had a couple over the years. Funnily enough I am looking at them again, might get one as a daily bike, take the strain of the G/S and allow me to do it up a bit........more money vanishing to Motorworks, Motot-bins, Boxxerparts, motoren Israel etc etc methinks
nope ,i have gone off that idea now and what i want is a 1150 rt or a 1200 rt maybe an exchange for the triumph ,or keep both bikes and buy a 650 v strom
What you "want" is to get a job where you are A) paid less and B) have less time for this biking frivolity to be involved in!
I mean that tongue in cheek Dave no malice intended
paid less i am lucky enough to get a pay rise every year without fail and i only think about bikes between sunrise and sunset.:
