Yes, daft as it sounds Snap on tools and proper money too!!!
£11 quid. They do a complete kit that contains about 20 different sized oil filter tools so it was just a question of taking a filter onto the van and seeing which one fitted.The size you want has 76/12 stamped on the inside of the tool and yes you can purchase them individually.Think its supposed to fit most filters on small fiats.

'scuse the silly question, but where to simple punters get Snap-On tools? As I remember the rep used to turn up at the vehicle shop and sell them to the mechanics...

I bought one from my local Renault dealer, the oil filters on the current Clio diesels are the same dimensions as the 12gs filters.
