...from front of engine, must have missed it last service judging by the accumulated quantity of crud








Is this just a gasket or something more serious?

Little aluminium washer under the oil pressure transmitter thing. Think it's the same as one of the the gearbox ones you get with the BMW oil filters or you can buy for a few pennies from the dealer. Might need a clean up of corrosion underneath though.

Spent a bit of time cleaning and refinishing before fitting new item
