Sat nav is useless over here due to constant subsidence, no map data has been updated since the early 1970's, when the local authorities decided that the cost of regular surveys and updates was too prohibitive, anyway, it's not as if we don't know where we're going, as we've all been there before.

No, Blackgang chine is still there(most of it!),.......but the sea has got a lot closer:eek:

That was me... Grey 1150 GS, covered in muck. I go up to London every Monday. What were you on, Petrol Head? Live in the country somewhere near Wootton Common. How about a meet sometime?

Stig on Friday night coming home - that was entertaining weather! And thanks for the short cut.

And Crazy Horse this morning on the way over - who is no doubt still headed up to the BIG SMOKE to work (I'm on my second cup of tea already......)

So Crazy Horse and I thought maybe we should have an Isle of Wight GSer's meet? Cos I haven't seen any of you others out and about.

What do you all think?
 
I'm up for a meet name a time and place and I shall do my best to be there - subject to necessary release licences from work and home of couse!

Blackgang viewpoint, then a nice sedate ride to the 'End of the Line' cafe at Freshwater for a coffee?, i'm up for a meet in the dry (fair weather rider!). 2004 1200GS, Yellow/Grey.
