I had a B25 Gold Star which has the same cycle parts. Damned thing used to snap cam followers all the time then blew the crank bearing out through the crank case. Apart from that it was a lovely bike
I brought a TR5T Adventurer back from canada in the early 90s, it was like new with 350 miles on the clock they are supposed to be replicas of the International six day bikes but in reality they look a lot better than they ride and yes the exhaust is correct on that one. sold mine to Carl Rosner in the end and just about broke even after my tustle with V.M.C and customs and excise.
oh and that ones an import they where not called Trophy trails in this country as far as I know
y old man had one of these ,used to borrow it to ride to work, loved it,wouldnt mind another, quite rare i believe. The exhaust is usa spec.......i think.
Bloke at Blacks Bikeshop Breakers has a real nice one....... it looks exactly the same as that one...... is that the bike?
I asked him if it was for sale, well, it got a laugh anyway! I'd love to be able to wheel one of them out of my shed and go for a trail ride....... nice!
Back in the mid - late 70's I had both 250 single and the twin just like that, I'd have the twin again like a shot but i'd give a single a very wide berth.
