Having seen pics before from Jimmys run up there, we fancied a look ourselves
so with fingers crossed for good weather myself and my buddy Dave headed west
This is road out with the tide gone..
there is a nice grass area along the sea front of the island which you can
ride on, its a little slick but allows you to explore
leaving the island we headed north via Connemara national park, beautiful part of the world.. it really is..
Headed back to Galway for few beers and a pizza in fat freddies..
then hit the road to Sligo the next morning
Stopping for a look at strandhill beach.
then we hit over to Coney Island, best time is 2-3 hours before low tide from what I read up on and it worked out perfect..
