In 2018 I did the first part of your Blue route but headed further South out of Assa before turning right on to the piste across to Tan Tan via Msied. Your route should be fine.
I doubt I'll go that far, in fact I know I won't. Actually looking at the map now trying to figure out what to do. I was thinking Western Sahara, to see better the er, Sahara, but I think it won't be any better than what I saw last week. Scratching my head now as to which direction to take. I still have a max of if fifteen days left.You could even pop into Mauritania for a bit since you’re thinking of heading for Western Sahara

Mapy.cz is very good. Yesterday for some reason I started with Google maps and it had me going around in a circle, which I realised fairly quickly. Once I switched back to map.cz no issue.
