Hi all,

Is it possible to remove the CAT from an adventure "on the cheap" ie - take the lump out and "manuvre" the rest of the guts together" - yes thats a technical term.

If its possible, are there any things that the bike needs to worry about?

Fanks! :bounce1

You'll have a big gap to fill with something - but if you can do that, then no problem - that's all a y piece is.

Thanks for the quick replies, I was hoping that I could use the plastic guttering pipe I've just used for my house or something equally cheap (but more effective of course)

Cheers,

Brian

Wouldn't a CAT that has no insides be classed as a non working cat at the MOT and therefore fail it?

Cat (or lack of one) is not part of a m'cycle MOT.
