One thing I would change...

Well, I've read about the above just in this section and you've had at least one of the above Nutty.

TBH I agree and don't think the quality is comisserate with the price WBM ask (the KTM I'm looking at is no better at the same sort of price but you do at least get a stonking engine in a superb chassis) - think of all the cars you can buy for the price of a GS (or for that matter, all the cars you can buy significantly cheaper than a GS).

Well, I've not heard of these:rob

Flimsy plastics
poor chinese quality fasteners
spire clips all over the place
leaking lids on master cylinders
oil seal leaks
collapsing wheels
poor cast mouldings
water in clocks
loose fork fasteners
milky opaque headlight lens
melting indicator

Hi, presuming your talking about the new GSA 2014 WC if so i too preferred my old GSA with the paddles although i always wished that BMW had made them so if the left was indicating and you want dot cancel it you just pressed the paddle again instead of having to press the canceled switch, same would apply to the right. However things move on and i have covered 5k on my new 2014 GSA "Olive" and yes the jap styled indicators are not as good but its not a BIG DEAL you just have to adapt to it within your style of riding. For what it's worth we met the design guy last year at Garmish and he said that they had to go JAP style else there would have been no I wheel on the bars etc and it was just necessary to get it all to fit in. All that said its a fcuking great bike I love mine its moved on .......... so enjoy.
