Tell me, how does this work..........How come the Q1 and Q2, cost more than a 2610 ?.......

Also ( don't want much do I ) How come the Q1, whch has been available for ages, is still a current model, whilst the 2610 has been discontinued ?

Seems to me that most people (here at least) prefer the 2610, so how come they discontinue the 2610, yet continue with the "crap" Q2 ?

Is it simply, Q1 and Q2 internal battey/more portable/smaller size etc ?...

Serious questions........just thinking in print.......

Hi like Twotter I would not get the quest 2 I have had my own headaches with this unit. My one was replaced by Garmin mid June because it kept freezing and loosing sats the new unit is no use for its intended use and unlike others on this forum Garmin have refused to replace the unit despite the fact it does not function properly take a look at this thread in which I have put my 2 pence worth.

What is probably more interesting to you is the last sentence on page 2 of this thread posted by Yamkwak and good advise. I would sell you my Quest2 cheap but I would always hope I have better morals than Garmin or GPSW. and not sell it to any other person.
