Original Adventure Engine Bars

Have just aquired a set of these bars for my recently purchased Adv.

Two questions:-

Only came with one longer? bolt for the o/s(right) rear top mount , do i need a similar one for the left mount?

What tool do you use to tighten the rearmost mount on the o/s (right) bar as its at least 12" into the tube?

Things are getting worse here since The Long Way Round....

I needed 2 longer bolts for rear mounts and a smaller 1/4" ratchet and extensions to mount. The 1/2" and 3/8 set i had was obviously too big.
