outlook ex 2003 and blackberry

any ideas on how to get exchange server 2003 to work with a blackberry ( nokia ) phone . i need to get it to leave a copy of the email on the server. this is not straightforward on ex server.

Have a good old search around your service provider's pages....and google it as well...

I had to use Google to find Vodafone's Blackberry settings pages...they're not on a Vodafone address at all and there were no links from Vodafone....bloody silly situation!

There should be a script that gets sent to your phone and it all happens by pixie magic from there

and done that and been on with my it provider and o2 it dept. but not sorted yet

Has it done the exchange of code emails thing yet?

I've done a couple of devices and you get an odd looking email that says to not delete it, then a few more back and forwards....

You need to set up the email address first though on the O2 blackberry page.....have you done that bit??

got it sorted

had to get the outlook exchange server web access thing sorted first , now works a treat ,a great wee job
