I am with BT-Yahoo who reset my password a couple of days ago for the home page log in. I can access my mail from BT from here but I also have an old Virgin mail account that runs from Outlook.
When i changed to BT the whole thing set up automatically and I got mail from both servers from Outlook.
Now when I launch Outlook it keeps coming up asking me to enter my password which I am doing to no avail. I have tried every password I have ever used and it still wont connect.
The help thread on the BT homepage is hopeless to a technophob like me.
Can anyone help in plain English please?
