Picked up the parts from the friendly fabrication shop today.

I can see how it will help with the gear changing, but I'm still a bit confused about it removing the slack from the headstock to stop the steering shake.
It might possibly work under braking but I am still doubtfull about it holding on with a full throttle wheelie.

Anyway will get back to you in a few days with an update.
