Pannier Frame

I have recently aquired a pair of panniers for my GS 1150, I need a frame to fit them to the bike they have a cut out for the exhaust on the near side any info or drawings of frames would be of help.

Not impressed with the panniers so didn't buy them, where can I get a decent reasonably priced pair complete with frames?????
