Hi. Help please? Could someone with original racks have a look and let me know whether there is a washer between the frame and the rack or under the bolt head (front and rear mounts)? Thank you!!

Not seeing any washers under the bolt heads. There is a slight gap between the front mount and the frame so I'm assuming there is a 'spacer'.
