Paralever bevel box question

Hi folks,
The lower shock mount ( the stud on the top of the bevel box) is very worn. The part is still available but I can’t find any info on how it’s actually attached to the box. The parts manual diagram doesn’t list a nut just the stud. So does it screw in somehow? Do I have to split the bevel box. For the moment I’m using a spare I found (I don’t remember buying one) but it’s a 10/32 as opposed to the 11/34 I had on the bike.

It screws in,
It will be tight,and threadlocked.
You don’t need to split the casings.
Plenty of heat and a good pair of grips ,or better still a decent stud extractor
