Paralever needle bearings

Hi all,

Fairly sure I know the answer that I'm going to get here but don't suppose anyone has ever found a non OEM bearing which fits before I spank best part of £80 on the two...

I've seen suggestions that there is another option ie. from Rubber Chicken but don't fancy having to get them shipped from the good ol' US of A as it would appear that it's going to be the same price.

Also can anyone recommend where to purchase a torque wrench capable of 160Nm as mine only goes to about 120Nm. Failing that has anyone got one in the Southampton/ South Hants area who wouldn't mind lending it to me in return for beer??

Nope No other spurious make in that size BMW copyrighted or patented the dimensions or something like that

There is a 16mm wide one I found but then lost interest is locating 1mm shims the right dimensions to take up the missing 1mm

I'm in Southampton - Fair Oak/Eastleigh way. You can come to mine and change them if you like. I've got an F Off wrench - I presume for changing the little buggers, or you can borrow it

I've also got solid paralever bearings - rubber chick 'like' but from (Polish?) Dan of this site who makes them.
