Coming up 3 years... it’s a great bike! I’ve got a crf1000 Honda but still doesn’t handle like the gs! I’m after a new gsa.. I’ll have the old and new gs’s

Been there done that, got the 'T' shirt! it's an expensive business (hence why Gary Burtons cost so much) but excellent when they're done!
It just rides so differently than modern bikes but I love it

Put some brakes on it, or at least a better caliper, for a start

I’ve had a few really good airhead rally bikes in,but crap steering lock spoils it for me

Standard yolk offset is 30mm. which quite a lot.
