Westminster car parks

some carparks have free bays. Are they on your App? The one near Oxford circus and in trfalgar Square were not busy when i use them and no need to pay the council parking tax.

Haven't got, don't want, an Ipod. so app no use to me.

Yep, I have a few in the City of London and will of coarse add more when I can.
