password protect potable drive

hi
i have a small portable hard drive that i carry around from job to job. any ideas how to put a password on it to prevent people looking at my files if left unattended somewhere?

Tools - folder options - view - do not show hidden files & folders will keep out most prying eyes.... They may check the drive for properties & find there is limited space which will alert them ( not my wife though.... )

PGP (pretty good privacy) will do it as well......find the older version that hasn't had the compulsorary back door coding put into it by the NSA and it's almost totally secure.

Well, it's as secure as the password you use anyway
