Peak District Hotel/Pub ?

On returning from GOTC we need to be back down in Sussex for mid pm on Monday so will leave Ullapool early on Sunday and head sarf.

I reckon we'll pe somehwere near Manchester by teatime so possibly a nice little pub/hotel in the Peak District would make a nice stop over.


Anybody got any recommendations ?
