could anyone tell what my problem may be I have a peaklife gps system fitted I fully charge it up from my pc which is fine the problem starts after about 6 hours on the bike following the route it just switches off with very low battery icon coming on ??? for some reason its not holding its charge when I connect it up to my bike I have it connected direct from my battery on the bike so I assume once I have charged it up on my pc and then put it on the bike the unit should hold its charge any ideas anyone. :thumb2

I've had the same problem over the last year or so. Sometimes a reboot will see it ok, sometimes not! It became so unreliable that I recently bought a new SN by Prestigio (who?) with IGO7 installed. Bought in Montenegro , 5" screen , not that postage stamp effort on the PL , and euro maps loaded in the shop, all for a wallet cringing €156.00 !

Back to the issue , as I say, sometimes a reboot would see it ok , and perhaps for a few months , but the unit never did forget how to turn itself off once the unreliability became second nature, and at the most inconvenient of times and so something had to give.
