I see that Curry's are knocking these out at £129 in their Sale - anybody got one or know anything about this camera?

but you can get a 5 mega pixel hp camera for £19 out of argos if you know what your doing

I've got a Pentax S5n which is 5 megapixels and the previous model to the one you are looking at.

The photos are OK, but to be honest I wished I had bought a Sony T7 instead. The Pentax is a bit light and cheap feeling compared to the Sony, and the on-screen GUI is a bit naff.

Change of tack a bit Tobers, I take it you didn't go down the digital video camera in the end? After watching the Czech guys trip to Morocco I feel a new toy coming soon.

Thanks guys, had a butcher's at it and Tobers is right, it's a bit tacky compared to, say, an Olympus or a Sony

The Currys/PC World price is not what it seems either. Pixmania are doing them for £123. Looks like the "50% off " might be a touch of slight of hand by PC World and co in their advertising.
