Peter James for car insurance?

Been with them for 2 years and no issues
Added another bike to the policy last week, £19 to pay
Recently called them for a classic bike insurance quote and they were more than double that of other quotes. They used to be more competitive when I used them a few years ago.
Join the VMCC for £40 odd pounds, then Peter James give a big discount as they are the clubs insurer. The last two years even with the VMCC membership it worked out cheaper than any of the others, with really good policy benefits. So unless something has changed, I will stick with them, guess I'll find out in the New Year

Other quotes were £65-£90 so, for me, not really worth joining the VMCC just for insurance purposes.
It doesn't bother me, but if you paid £40 or so for VMCC, you would then have got the club discounted rate. My policy for my BMW R100 was around £225 with everyone else and PJ was similar, but with my VMCC discount, it went down to £120, so I saved even with the VMCC membership. The VMCC monthly mag is pretty good as well
