hi anyone know how to clean petrol stains off my screen....Its got white smears and looks poo....

Sadly true. Will shortly go brittle so get it gone.
Wax or sillicon coat the new one to help protect it.
If the white smears are low down, and not in your line of vision, then put a sticker over it

Sadly all this is true, however I have an unused standard screen available for a beggarly price?

I managed to do this years ago by repeatedly T-cutting it.

I've had it happen in the past on the dials and screen of a VTR1000 and a buffing wheel and rouge polishing wax bought it back as good as new.... My guess is T-cut on a buffing/polishing wheel would work just as well...

How the hell do you get petrol stains on your screen? If it's unburnt fuel from other vehicles then I say you're travelling too close to the back of them

Can be caused by not concentrating due to gawping at totty whilst filling up.
Blow-back from your nozzle then goes over the tank, screen, clocks and in your eyes. DAMHIKIJDOK?

Lol. I thought our petrol pumps were supposed to stop this nowadays? I'm guessing it was a foreign station then?

In my case it was foreign but mostly caused by letting my nozzle slip out of the hole and mis-squirting.

Hi, I'm in uk at present due to return (to France) on 29/9. I guess p&p will be circa £15 so say £50 for the screen and then add p&p, how does that sound?
Or if you are planning to visit in the near future why now collect over a glass or two?
