Picked up my new GSA

Today I traded in the GS for a GSA.

Got it into the workshop and started stripping to run the cables for the autocom up to the Zumo and to get all the plated/ally shiny bits off so I can get them powder coated black.

Me too.... those parts would have to be laid out in a neat line and not right on that crack

Is the powder coating applied straight on top of the existing plating?

OK so to clarify the parts going in for a 'black' look are various parts. Some are stainless steel, painted ally and spangle galv. Each coating will be treated appropriately.

blimey thats clearer now

It is proposed that solute additions to the melt and growth in a thin liquid layer can modify the dendrite growth direction, accounting for the spangle orientation.
