I bought my first ever 'new' bike (let alone MBW) in March 05 from Pidcocks in Long Eaton.

Since then they have always given nothing but excellent service so I've been really happy to use and reccomend them.

As my warranty is up in March I've gone over the bike with a very fine tooth comb looking for anything that I can get sorted now and popped into Pidcocks this afternoon with a list of three things; a very small 'bubble' starting on the front engine cover, a corroded back light fitting and some bizare paint 'crazing' on the final drive box.

No fuss, no arguments (just some piccies taken of the final drive box to get WMB permission to replace). The bike is now booked in for a week Monday to have said parts replaced.

I guess Pidcocks have done no more or less that they ought to but, these days, even that seems too much to ask from people sometimes! hence me writing this, in praise of some decent customer service :thumb2
