Pidcocks in administration?

Not a spoof post. The BMW site has been sold to an unconnected party (ie. not the Pidcock family). Some ex staff have been approached about whether they would be interested in re-applying for their old jobs. Hoping to be open again very early in the New Year. That's about the only definite information at the moment (from an ex-employee, not me), who has been approched about re-applying for their old job.

I hope it doesn't have a negative effect on Bob Minion's in Derby who are selling many of the same brands, and have done a good job with Royal Enfield in the area since parting ways with Honda.

Agreed Paul, I do wonder how sustainable this may be in the longer term once the market is flooded with them.
Will there be too many dealers chasing too few customers and here we go again ?

MotoGB has a mail order shop for clothing but no retail outlet, currently. That might be changing.

Loncin, the parent company of Voge make the engine , frame etc etc for both the Voge and GS 900.
The BMW is basically a rebadged Chinese bike with £6k added on by slapping on a couple of blue and white roundels to appease the gullible who think they’re buying German craftsmanship

Can only be a good thing -more dealers selling affordable bikes rather than overpriced bloated trinkets for the PCP brigade
