Help, i am getting confused
My 2001 1150 GS 67k miles has the rear end squeek associated to paralever bearings. However it would seem that some people describe the pivot pin bearing as the paralever bearing.
please correct me if i am wrong in the assumption that the paralever bearings are effectively the swing arm bearings, the ones by your feet and the pivot pin is the adjustable bearing by the rubber boot at the bevel box end of the swing arm.
If that is the case, which am i to replace? i have recently adjusted the pivot pin bearing and that has taken out the play that i found at the back wheel, however the rear end squeek is still there.
