Plastic Tank and Panels

Hi

I have an 06 1200 GSA (which I know is meant to be mean adventure bike but), does anyone have any suggestions for cleaning products that might ‘brighten up’, and/or protect, my visible plastic tank and side panels etc.?

You mean the black plastic? Back to black works for me although I stopped being that fussy a few years ago.

Autoglym rubber and vinyl cleaner - and it smells nice too

WD40 world quite well for a while. Otherwise, put up with the patchy grey/black or get them vinyl wrapped.

Back to black tends to run and streak but AG dressing works really well and lasts a long time.

MUC OFF Motorcycle Speed Polish, 400ml spray can, plastic & frame. From Halfords £6.
MUC OFF also do a Miracle Shine Polish , 500ml spray Halfords £15
Only tried top one , so easy to use, on black plastic trim, brilliant ,

Wash and dry bike to get it clean. Spray all over with WD40 and leave overnight to evaporate (avoid brake disks and tyres). Wipe off excess next day to leave a beautiful showroom finish.
