Are there any "plug and play" lights available for a 1250 or do they have to be wired in?

they all have the be wired in some how.
with a can controller (or other type) you can do it once and have spare channels for other stuff
without one you have to wire in everytime
depending on what you want to achieve there will be some element of wiring something in somewhere
