Trying to put one on my 88 GS that has the pods for clock / voltmeter / rev counter. The rev counter and voltmeter both have the same securing arrangement for the two securing screws. That is, both have the bolts at 4 and 8 o'clock as you look at them, so it can't be installed upside down. But both a Iveka copy and original BM clock that I've been sent have the mounts at 3 and 9 o'clock. So the clock could be installed upside down.

So is the bottom plate different for clocks compared to the revcounter and voltmeter? Or have I been sent the wrong clock(s)?

And don't mention Parcel Farce. Tw@s allegedly tried to deliver, but didn't leave a card, so £100 of bits sat at the local Post Office for two days and I didn't know :(

And Motobins aren't open on a weekend

hi john its quiet around here.
guess we are having our own weepend:D
sounds a bit confusing, but i think i know what you mean:)
the base for the clock is diferent .you this is for a plastic spigot to adjust the timeclock.

Is a bit quiet here this weekend. Guess we'll see some more very wet bike pis soon.

Even more confusing is that the BM clock has the adjuster underneath, can you set the time with it in the pod?

Happens to me all the time. You should get a card sent through the post in a couple of days.
They know me so well down at our local post office now, I don't need proof of ID. They see me walk in the door and they get my parcel ready to sign for without me even asking.
