Possible oil Leak

Hi All,

Need a bit of advice here. Found a drop of oil (where indicated by Arrow) on the rear of the engine. Anyone have any ideas where its from?
Final drive seems drive, but maybe not.

Prob your gearbox output seal. Dont worry just ride mines the same.

Doesnt seem to be anywhere else. I shall monitor the situation, I meant to say drive seems dry. I took the boot off and seemed ok behind the drive.

I believe the gearbox bearings have integral seals. If that's true, they can be replaced in situ, though the drive shaft would have to come off.

Is it a big job to do. i.e is it expensive to get it done?

Its a big enough job as the swing arm has to come off. As you say keep an eye on it but most of them do it or have done it at some point. Just ride.
