Good to see these dropping in price a bit! Even if they are Refurbished:aidan

Thanks for the links

Going through the twenga / pixmania link I got one for £322 delivered, it's a NOH but looks brand new and all accessories are new and sealed along with the software. :thumb

2 year warranty as well, so well chuffed, on the bay people are still paying £380+ for a used one ......:confused::confused:

Thanks to iBiker for bringing the pixmania offer to my attention :beerjug:

Their discount card is added to the order as an option, this costs £17 but provides a £32 discount.

Just ordered the same, haven't seen the 660 priced anywhere near that low, ever. Too good an opportunity to pass up on. Those that know don't find the NOH bit off-putting, as good as new and quite possibly actually is, just not sold as such.

that's how I did it, with the loyalty card, I then ordered a Fridge Freezer and got half price delivery and a bit more off the normal price, so really happy.

Mine landed as I described above, and apart from he white box, you would never know.

That's good, they're currently out of stock so really hoping that the date of Friday as the in-stock date turns out to be true.

Looking to buy a new telly shortly and will certainly check them for prices and offers when the time comes, half price delivery isn't bad but others offer it free but maybe the prices aren't so keen... we'll see.

660 NOH Pixmania

Hi folks

I posted the pixmania link a couple of weeks ago, glad to see its still available at that price, or less if you buy the discount card. I actually bought one myself from them and for me it is a no brainer at that price, ive seen other NOH at nearly 400 and second hand ones on ebay similar.
Regarding the NOH it is refurbished and supplied as new with 2012 maps, mapsource DVD, ram mounts brackets , cables etc and has a full garmin 2 year warranty.

I had a pretty good look at it when it arrived and im sure it has new casing, screen, battery etc. Its my second 660, the first was not NOH refurb and i cant tell the difference.

For me these really are the best unit, my first one has travelled europe, north, central and south america, lots of offroad and never any problems. I use the 4066 cable to autocom and bluetooth to the phone. It is still going strong.

Recently i have found the latest firmware update allows 32gb micro sd card (samsung class 10 - £25 on amazon )and i have 20gb + of music on it plus
other maps, all seems to work grand.

Will be interesting to see if other retailer drop the price to match pixmania:aidan

I'm led to believe that frequently the NOH units are repackaged new ones intended for another market that have unpacked, re-programmed and then re-packed. Legally can't be sold as new or some-such.

Pray what heppened tp #1 :nenau

Ordered from Pixmania but via Quidco should get extra 3% cashback on the £322.

Now that is a good price. I thought with Garmin you could pay once for lifetime map upgrades. Is it worth doing that and does it have to be done at point of sale or can you do it anytime?

They must have gone up £110 in a day as they are showing as £431.90 on Pixmania at this time. ??

Ah, Refurb at £329

Yes its a white box one, It forces you to get the discount card at £17 but gives you discount and comes out at £322 including the £8 p+p, less about £9 refund if you go via quidco. Still has full guarantee and feedback seems to suggest no problems. I suppose the best way would be to get someone who already has the discount card to buy it for you the price then comes down to £296, not sure about P+P if done this way.

Yes indeedee but as mentioned with a full warranty, a better proposition than picking up something 2 - 3 years old off eBay for £50 more and no warranty.

I will photograph mine, apart from a white box you will not see a difference
To new.

Arrived this afternoon. All looks good. Registered it on my myGarmin account, nuMaps Guarantee not showing up, have pinged off a message to Garmin and expect that to be resolved. Came with 2012.10 mapping.

Last week. Was aware that there was no stock until Friday, Pixmania were good to their word on that and shipped on Friday afternoon. Was sent from Belgium.

ok, i ordered sunday. does it come with a mount?

Complete kit, as you would get with a retail boxed unit. The only difference is the box it comes in. You get the following:

  • Zumo 660
  • Protective clamshell zip case
  • Car mount with windscreen sucker (2 pieces)
  • Self adhesive dashboard disk (for above sucker)
  • Car cigar lighter adpater
  • Bike cradle with cabling
  • RAM ball with square plate to attach to above
  • RAM short arm
  • RAM clutch mount ball
  • All nuts and bolts for above RAM parts
  • Weather cover for contacts on bike cradle when Zumo isn't mounted
  • Mains adapter with Euro and UK plug adapters (3 pieces)
  • Quickstart Manual in 7 languages
  • City Navigator NT on DVD

cool. Are you just going to use the bike mount?

Already have RAM kit for my current Garmin so will be combining with that. Will also get used in the car, the car cradle uses the same 17mm ball as my Nuvi so I'll be using the Bean-Bag mount I have and avoiding suckers on the windscreen which I loathe.
